That SUV is the 2022 Chevrolet Equinox, which boasts of a new grille design, updated front and rear bumpers, more distinct headlights, along with the introduction of a sporty RS model. Infotainment And Interior

The interior of the Equinox boasts of 63.9 cubic feet of max cargo room. Within, there is ample headroom and legroom, along with multiple cupholders and a spacious center-storage bin. A 7-inch infotainment touchscreen is standard on the LS, LT, and RS. An 8-inch system is standard on the Premier, and an 8-inch system with connected navigation is available on the LT, RS, and Premier.

The Equinox seats five. The new RS model adds driver and passenger heated seats with a rear power liftgate to go along with an interior that includes a unique shift knob, red stitching, and black upholstery with Black Ice chrome accents. The Premier trim includes French stitching and gloss-black trim on the console.

Performance

The Equinox houses a 1.5-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder engine that generates 170 horsepower and 203 lb-ft of torque. The SUV comes standard with a six-speed automatic shift. Front-wheel drive is standard, while all-wheel drive is available.
