We were extremely excited to get to Harrisburg to get my son’s first truck. As soon as we arrived we were told it wasn’t checked out and may have a shift in it. We then spent a couple hours and the truck seem to drive fine, my son loved it. After we purchased, We didn’t make it 2 blocks down the road and broke down. Ms Gardner was somewhat friendly, didn't speak loud enough and didn't seem to be confident in executing her job. As for dealership, everything seems to be ok, don't know yet how confident I am in the technicians, I suppose that will come in time, I plan to keep coming there as it is so convenient and so far I don't have any issues with anything I have had done

I went to 3 Chevrolet dealerships in Jackson MS. All 3 were a nightmare to deal with. Driving from Jackson to Hattiesburg MS to buy my truck was my best move yet. We worked out the details over the phone. I drove to Hattiesburg to purchase the truck. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 2 hours.

I was disappointed with my recent service experience. What should have been a simple tire repair ended up taking 2½ days to complete, largely due to a lack of communication. Throughout the process, there seemed to be confusion about the status and location of my vehicle. We were sold a used dangerous death trap vehicle. When we called to get some help we were told it was as is. But was not told it had been wrecked or a salvaged title.
