I left the dealership that evening on the way home check engine light came on. Went the next morning to let them know my check engine light came on before I got home and I would bring it back due to me going on vacation. I took my car in for service the next week and was charged for another diagnostic. So who can I make an complaint with to recover a refund on the second diagnostic

Got a brand new battery in April. July my car had cranking issues. They checked it out & the battery was gashed & leaking. I hood of my vehicle haven't been lifted since the new battery was replaced so there's no way that happens on my end which leaves me to believe it was done when it was replace & they put it in anyway!!! The battery was under warranty & I didnt have to buy another but I had to pay for labor charges for something that couldn't have possibly happened on my end

Ms Gardner was somewhat friendly, didn't speak loud enough and didn't seem to be confident in executing her job. As for dealership, everything seems to be ok, don't know yet how confident I am in the technicians, I suppose that will come in time, I plan to keep coming there as it is so convenient and so far I don't have any issues with anything I have had done

I went to 3 Chevrolet dealerships in Jackson MS. All 3 were a nightmare to deal with. Driving from Jackson to Hattiesburg MS to buy my truck was my best move yet. We worked out the details over the phone. I drove to Hattiesburg to purchase the truck. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 2 hours.

I was disappointed with my recent service experience. What should have been a simple tire repair ended up taking 2½ days to complete, largely due to a lack of communication.
