I called lots of dealerships looking for a polite, understand salesman. I almost gave up, but then i called Walt Massey’s. My salesman was Mitch, he was so polite and helpful! He was great with communication and made the process of the sale so easy. I love the car I got. It drives smooth and is great overall. Mitch was very transparent, and made it easy to find the best way to go about buying my first car. The only thing I personally didn’t like was the fact they didn’t do a good job on the cleaning, but I’m OCD. Mitch was an amazing salesman, and has convinced me to come back if i were to ever buy a car again. Im in love with my first car!!

I contacted Jay about one of the vehicles they had advertised as a previous courtesy vehicle. He had it ready to go when I arrived at the dealership. We went for a test drive in the truck. When I got back, I just wasn’t completely sure that I wanted that truck and I wanted to see something with more features than the one I thought I was going to buy. We spent approximately two more hours looking through different vehicles and test driving multiple. They stayed late for me and eventually, I selected, a truck that I was more pleased with. My experience with this service department was great. I dropped my vehicle off and they made sure I got to work on time. I was called and informed about the problem with my car and then it was repaired. The Service Department manager, Greg Hinton was the best, very kind. He paid attention to what I told him was wrong and made sure it was taken care of, very detail oriented. Excellent manager and excellent employees. They have my business.
