Customer Service, Customer Service, Customer service! Chris, Gary & Andrew in the service department know what customer service really is. They diagnosed my Altima and informed me it would cost more to fix than the vehicle is worth. I contacted “Cash for Cars” and sold the vehicle to them. The paperwork was ridiculous. Gary and Andrew allowed me to send the paperwork to their email. They then printed it off and placed it in the glove box of the vehicle. They additionally coordinated the pick up of the vehicle.Their assistance save me 6 hours of travel time and hours of frustration. They were very nice and never made me feel like a pain. Although I’m sure I was. Ha! If your sales department provides this level of customer service, I’m sure your car sales are awesome. Again thank you for providing this Air Force veteran some of the best customer service I’ve received in a long time. You have a team to be proud of! I salute you.
