When you’re looking for a three-row SUV that doesn’t skimp on the important things, you’ll want to check out the 2024 Chevrolet Tahoe at Walt Massey Chevrolet in Hattiesburg, MS.
Let’s talk passenger space first: The three-row Tahoe can seat seven to eight adults with plenty of elbow room to spare, and it offers plenty of power in either of its two V8 options or its fuel-efficient diesel engine. Want to take the Tahoe off-road? It’s easy to do with its all-terrain tires and adjustable air suspension available on certain trims. When it comes to cargo space, the Tahoe offers 25.5 cubic feet of space in its cargo area behind the 60-40 rear seats. Fold those down, and you get 72.6 cubic feet of space. Fold down the second row of seats, and you get more than 122 cubic feet of space. Are you interested in adding a power liftgate? Those come standard on the LT trim and higher.
Lots of “full-size” SUVs don’t have a whole lot of use for that third row. Not so in the Tahoe, where Chevy puts a premium on space and comfort for full-grown passengers. The 2024 Tahoe comes standard with cloth upholstery, and the power driver’s seat can be adjusted in 10 different ways. The front passenger can use an eight-way power adjustable seat.
More standard features: Keyless opening doors, remote start, and a comfort-wrapped steering wheel. Upgrade to the LT trim or higher, and you can get a Jet Black interior (with contrasting red stitching). You can also opt for heated second-row seats, heated and ventilated front seats, and a telescoping steering column with power tilt.
The second row of seats in the Tahoe has two sets of LATCH connectors, as well as tether anchors on the rear seats. That means that your young children will always be safe in your 2024 Tahoe.
The exterior of the Tahoe looks a little different depending on which trim you choose. Check out the High Country trim for a stylized grille and off-road-ready 22-inch wheels for higher clearance. The Z71 edition is no slouch when it comes to off-roading either, with red recovery hooks, black tubular assist steps, and all-terrain tires on 20-inch wheels.

Choose from three powerful engines when selecting your Tahoe. There’s a 420-horsepower 6.2-liter V8 brute of an engine that can tow more than Chevy’s midsize Colorado truck, while the 277-horsepower turbo diesel cranks out 460 lb-ft of torque. The base engine is no slouch either: a 355-horsepower 5.3-liter V8. All three engine options work seamlessly with a 10-speed automatic transmission. Want all-wheel drive? Then the 420-horsepower V8 or the turbodiesel is perfect for you. The standard engine comes standard with rear-wheel drive. Paired with Chevy’s trailering package, the Tahoe can tow up to 8,400 pounds.
There’s more technology packed into the Tahoe than you can shake a stick at. Featuring voice recognition and wireless Android Auto™ and Apple CarPlay®, there’s also an available 10.2-inch infotainment display and a 12-inch digital information cluster.
